
There's three things a person can find when it comes to health and wellbeing, a love for the results, a trust in their efforts, or a foundation for creating the body they want, when they want. My Job isn't to train you, it's to build the steps and guide you through a period of time for you to stay focused on the workload to gain one of those three things, which ultimately leads to owning all three. This is about you making use of what I know. For a small background of myself, I got into the active lifestyle in 2013 after being recruited for the army. It was here where I saw how the body and mind could be approached, and after breaking my foot and being discharged, it was unknowingly the initial push to becoming a personal trainer in 2014.
